Supervised daily golf operations and was responsible for training, scheduling, overseeing, and evaluating the performance of the Golf Operations Staff, which consisted of 15 employees.

 

Also worked alongside tournament organizers and corporate representatives, taking on marketing and logistical leading roles in over 25 successful tournaments.

 

Independently prepared and organized a weekly Corporate Golf League, Junior Golf Tour, along with other member and public events throughout the season.
